TERMS OF USE

1. WHO WE ARE

Pull the Goalie, at pullthegoalie.app (the "Site"), is operated by Stash Grab LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@pullthegoalie.app.

2. THE GAME IS FREE

The Site is a free web game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You don't need an account. We may change, add or remove features, games or content, or stop offering the Site, at any time and without notice.

3. INDEPENDENT FAN PROJECT

Pull the Goalie is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Hockey League, the NHLPA, or any NHL team. Team names and player names are used for identification only. Game data comes from publicly available NHL sources. All trademarks belong to their owners.

4. GAME DATA AND ACCURACY

Games are built from public data that can contain errors, and some parts of each game, including win probabilities and grades, are estimates or staged, as described on our What It Tracks page. The Site is for entertainment. Don't rely on it for betting, fantasy sports or any other financial decision.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Please don't:

• Interfere with the Site, overload it, or try to get around its security.
• Scrape or copy the Site in bulk, or use automated tools to access it in a way that burdens our servers.
• Use the Site to break any law or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Present the Site, or a copy of it, as your own or as an official league product.

6. OUR CONTENT

The Site's design, code, artwork, sprites, text and game logic belong to Stash Grab LLC or its licensors. You may share screenshots and the result text the game generates for you. Otherwise, please don't copy or redistribute the Site's content without our permission.

7. YOUR PROGRESS

Streaks and saved games are stored in your browser. Finished dailies also send an anonymous result to the scoreboard, as described in the Privacy Policy, but that can't be used to restore your progress. We can't recover lost progress, and we may change how streaks or the scoreboard work, or reset them, as the game evolves.

8. NO WARRANTY

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stash Grab LLC and its members, employees and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new terms.
